Terms of service
These terms govern the use of PharmaWMS by pharmaceutical wholesalers and pharmacies.
The service
PharmaWMS is cloud software for pharmaceutical warehouses, orders, invoices and relations with pharmacies. Each company manages its own warehouses; pharmacies order through the portal from the warehouses they are connected to.
Accounts
The owner who registers the company is responsible for the users they invite and the roles they assign. Credentials are personal. Owners must enable two-step verification.
Trial and subscription
Every new company starts with a 14-day trial on the Growth plan, no card required. The subscription is paid monthly or yearly through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Plan limits are applied automatically.
Changes and cancellation
The plan can be changed at any time; a downgrade is not allowed while usage exceeds the new plan limits. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. After the trial or the subscription expires, data stays readable but changes are disabled until payment.
Your data
The data you enter remains yours. Invoices, credit notes, payments and stock movements are never changed or deleted and are kept for at least 10 years.
Acceptable use
The service is used only for lawful pharmaceutical business. Accessing other companies’ data or bypassing security or plan limits is not allowed.
